If you’re an avocado lover like me, you will fall in love with this SIMPLE and DELISH snack!
Avocados sometimes get a “bad rap” for being high in fat, but contrary to popular belief the high-fat content actually has unique health benefits.
This is by far my fave snack, especially when I’m crunched for time…and need a snack that can keep me fuller longer.
1 AVOCADO sliced
1/4 LEMON juiced
1 tsp EVOO
1-2 tsp reduced sodium SOY/PONZU sauce
Dash of ground BLACK PEPPER
Sprinkle of SCALLIONS finely chopped
Pinch of crushed CHILI PEPPER FLAKES
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Slice lengthwise, peel off the skin and arrange avocado slices on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice, EVOO and soy. Garnish with scallions, chill pepper flakes and ground pepper. EZ-PZ!
