“Just 5 more minutes” is what you keep telling yourself as you press snooze on your alarm for the 7th time. And by the time you finally roll out of bed and get ready, you have no time left to make the foodgasmic healthy brekkie you were oh-so-inspired by on Pinterest the night before.
Starting your day with wholesome goodness is so soooooo important because it kick starts your morning and sets the tone for your energy level for the rest of the day.
That’s why I’m sharing my secret to a green smoothie that can:
- jumpstart your metabolism
- up your energy
- and help burn fat!
The secret is in a powerful combination of blending fresh fruits & veggies with wholesome grains + a supergreens protein blend (aka the Ageloc TR90 Greenshake).

Here’s how to kick it up a notch for a creamy smooth greenshake.
1/2 an apple
1/2 an avocado
1/3 of a cucumber
3 slices ginger peeled
2 scoops Ageloc TR90 Greenshake protein powder
1 handful of oats
10 ounces almond milk/purified water (more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
4 ice cubes
Blend on high until smooth. Drink up!
