Are you guilty of having a sweet tooth? I’ve always been a savoury kinda gal, but ever since the holidays and giving in to one too many sweet treats at various parties and get-togethers I’m finding that I’m going through a bit of a sugar withdrawal.
Recent research is suggesting that SUGAR is the new tobacco, and I believe them when they say sugar is 8x’s more addictive than cocaine…..
So if you too are wanting to cure your addiction for highly processed simple sugar that does absolutely nothing….zip….nada….for your body, I’ve got another healthy dessert recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth and improve your health.
Silky Smooth Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients: 2 servings
2 ripe Avocados
1 ripe Banana
2 tbsp. raw Cacao Powder (add more if you like it more chocolately)
2 tbsp. raw natural Honey (add more if you like it sweeter)
1/2 tsp. pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Chill and serve!
